BRIO Recipe: Grilled Chicken Tricolore Salad with Spicy Georgia Pecans

Ingredients:
  • 5-oz. tricolore lettuce mix
  • 2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes
  • 4-oz. chicken, grilled, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 tablespoon spicy Georgia pecans
  • 1/2-oz. crispy angel hair
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper mix
  • 3-oz. Tuscan Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 tablespoon spicy Georgia pecans
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine tricolore lettuce, sun dried tomatoes, chicken, 1 tablespoon gorgonzola, 1 tablespoon Pecans, crispy angel hair, salt and pepper, and dressing.

Toss to combine

Place salad in a chilled pasta bowl, towering in the center.

Top with 1 tablespoon gorgonzola and 1 tablespoon spicy pecans.
