Cranberry Pecan Muffins

  • Makes 12 muffins
  • Cooking with Paula Deen (Jan./Feb. issue)
  • 1 jar Cranberry Pecan Muffin Mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray muffin pan with non0stick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine muffin mix, milk, egg, and butter and stir until just blended. Pour into prepared muffin pan.

Bake for 14 - 18 minutes, or until lightly brown.
