Pecans Lend Added Nutritional Value to Any Meal

Pecans are rich in oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat believed to help in preventing heart disease.  Pecans are a beneficial source of vitamin E, magnesium and copper, also thought to ward off heart disease, and are a good source of fiber.

  • Pecans can be stored in the freezer for up to two years.  Hang on to holiday pecans to use in your summer recipes.
