Summer Salad with Georgia Pecans

Serves 2

1 kiwi,
½ avocado
1 mango
1 granny smith apple
4 quarter slices of watermelon
A handful of Georgia pecans, pecan halves; and/or pecan pieces with halves for garnish
4 leaves of Romaine lettuce

Kiwi-Melon Dressing
2 cups watermelon
4 seeded kiwis
½ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons orange blossom honey
Puree all ingredients together.
