Pecan’s are the baker’s nut. In fact, baking is the primary reason why shoppers purchase pecans.

As a tasty ingredient in cookies, muffins, pudding and pies, pecans provide great opportunities for cross merchandising.

Include such key items as pie crusts and muffin mixes next to the pecan display or set up a special table display to promote a “bake off” theme especially in the Spring.
